An Act relative to pedestrian safety.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                              SECTION 1. Paragraph (a) (1) of Subsection 1 of Section 24 of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 90 is hereby amended, in line 2, by adding after the word "licensees" the following words:-"as motorists or as pedestrians"
